OWNERSHIP VARIETY

The Windjammer offers five unit sizes from studios to 1,250 square foot Villas, and ten ownership types including "floating" and fixed" weeks.

VACATION AMENITIES

Vacations mean fun. Vacations mean relaxation. Vacations mean different things to different people. The Windjammer can satisfy nearly all vacation needs. On site is a swimming pool, spa, pool table, games, etc. off site are three other pools, tennis courts, gyms, spa, sauna and workout equipment. Ocean Shores offers miles of beachcombing, fresh and salt water fishing, 23 miles of fresh water lakes and canals, and a PGA rated championship golf course. We also have a Casino within 3 miles and a Movie Theater within 1 block of the resort.

BONUS TIME

Bonus time is the use of vacant units, in addition to your week, which becomes available from time to time. The cost is $35 to $75 for two nights (or one night) depending on unit sizes.

Resort Condominiums International, Inc. (RCI) is the vacation exchange company the Windjammer is affiliated with. RCI allows you to exchange your Windjammer week and vacation at your choice of nearly 4,000 resorts worldwide.
