Every buyer and seller must negotiate their own agreement. The Windjammer strongly suggest that every purchase be closed through a licensed Washington State Escrow company and that title insurance be included. The Condominium Law in the State of Washington requires that every new purchaser of a condominium, receive a "Resale Certificate". The Windjammer staff will provide a completed Resale Certificate, the Windjammer rules and Regulations, the Windjammer Declaration of Condominium, the Windjammer by-laws, information of RCI and other information needed by the purchasers and sellers. The Windjammer Staff can not and will not complete purchase agreements, Statutory Warranty Deeds, Quit Claim Deeds or any other legal forms
