THE FOLLOWING WINDJAMMER OWNERS WANT TO SELL

The list below identifies Windjammer Owners who have expressed an interest in selling their Ownership (week).

To fully understand the information on the following pages, please read the following information, should you have further questions please call the Windjammer at (360)289-3388.

Ownership type. The first digit represents the unit type; S=Studio, C= Casita, V=Villa, 1=One Bedroom or 2=Two Bedroom. The second digit represents the ownership type; F=Year Around Float Week, B=Blue In Season Float Week, W=White In Season Float Week, R=Red in Season Float Week, P=Presidents Fixed Holiday Week, M=Memorial Day Fixed Holiday Week, J=4th of July Fixed Holiday Week, L=Labor Day Fixed Holiday Week, T=Thanksgiving Fixed Holiday Week, C=Christmas Fixed Holiday Week, or N=new Years Fixed Holiday Week. For example 2F is a Two Bedroom Year Around Float and 1B is a One Bedroom Blue In Season Float Week.

Name is the Owner of the Timeshare unit. We only print the last name and we do not provide the full name, address and telephone number to protect the privacy of our owners. If you are interested please contact the Windjammer staff and we will give you the needed information.

Price is the amount the seller has tentatively said they would sell for. The Windjammer is not in the Timeshare resale business and therefore please do not misunderstand, the prices stated are not listed prices and the Windjammer has no control over the request and the demands of the seller.

Terms. Some sellers will only sell for cash, if that is the case the letters C will be in the Terms box. Some sellers will consider selling on terms, if that is the case the letter T will be in the box.

Escrow Fee is the charge a licensed third party escrow company charges to close the sale/purchase. If the S box is checked that means the Seller will pay the escrow fee. If the B box is checked that means the buyer will pay the escrow fee. If the 50/50 box is checked that means the buyer and seller will each pay 1/2 of the escrow fee.

Title Insurance is the insurance purchased at closing to guarantee the buyer that the Windjammer Timeshare they are purchasing is free and clear of all encumbrances and liens with the exception of the enabling language, the Declaration of Condominium, for the Windjammer condominiums. If the S box is checked that means the Seller will pay for the title insurance. If the B box is checked that means the buyer will pay for the title insurance. If the 50/50 box is checked that means the buyer and seller will each pay 1/2 of the title insurance.

Resale Certificate is a document required by the State of Washington to disclose to the purchaser the financial status of the Timeshare being purchased and the financial condition of the Windjammer Owners Association. If the S box is checked that means the Seller will pay for the resale certificate. If the B box is checked that means that the buyer will pay for the resale certificate. If the 50/50 box is checked that means the buyer and seller will each pay 1/2 of the resale certificate

Disclosure and Disclaimer. The Windjammer Owners Association suggests that all Buyers and Sellers consult with an attorney of their choice. All the information circulated by the Windjammer Owners Association is done so as a service and to provide the information for a potential Buyer or Seller to make an educated business decision.
