HOW WINDJAMMER OWNERSHIP WORKS

The Windjammer resort is a sold out resort, meaning there is no developer involvement. Windjammer Timeshare ownership is simply the ownership and use of vacations in one week increments. Windjammer ownership provides wonderfully affordable vacations enjoyed one week a year, every year, forever.

Windjammer owners pay a one time purchase price and closing costs. Owners pay annual maintenance fees, annual real estate taxes and optional RCI fees. All Windjammer owners should receive a statutory warranty deed and title insurance. Windjammer owners use their one week vacation one week a year, every year, forever. Windjammer owners can use their week, sell it, will it or exchange it. Every purchaser receives a copy of a Windjammer Resale Certificate, a copy of the Windjammer Declaration of Condominium and the Windjammer Rules and Regulations.

The beauty of Windjammer Timeshare ownership is that you can save money in many ways and it assures that you take a vacation every year. Timesharing will add life to your years, strengthen your relationships and unquestionably timesharing is fun and relaxing.

WINDJAMMER RESORT AMENITIES

The Windjammer is located on Ocean Shores' 18 hole Municipal PGA rate Championship Golf course. On site there is an outdoor swimming pool, spa, barbecues, owners lounge with a pool table, board games, video rentals, gift center and guest laundry.

Through an agreement with the Ocean Shores Community Club, Windjammer owners and guests have the use of an additional indoor pool, two outdoor pools, three outdoor tennis courts, a sauna, spa, gym, workout equipment, pool tables, ping pong, video games and club cafe.

Ocean Shores as a community, offers over 20 miles of fabulous beachcombing, fresh and salt water fishing, horseback riding, moped and bike riding, storm and whale watching, fresh water boating, canoeing, miniature golf, terrific shopping, excellent dining, plus a host of other activities.

BONUS TIME

Bonus Time is the use of unoccupied space at the Windjammer, not through RCI. The maximum length of stay is two nights and the bonus time rate is for one or two nights. All Windjammer owners have the right to reserve bonus time if they are current on the payment of their annual maintenance fees and there is space available. Generally, bonus time is available on Wednesday and Thursday nights almost every week of the year. Weekend bonus time is extremely limited. Bonus time may be requested the same day you intend to use it and up to 14 days in advance. The cost is $35.00 for efficiency units, $45.00 for one bedroom, Casita or the "B" side of the Villa Unit, $55.00 for two bedroom units or the "A" side of a Villa Unit, and $75.00 for both sides "A" and "B" of a Villa Unit. Remember the bonus time fee is a housekeeping fee and the fee that is charged is the same whether the stay is for one or two nights.
